| Phonics, Handwriting and Spelling |
Phonics and Spelling – The children will be consolidating their learning on the phonics sounds they have done this term. ! |

Maths |
This week in maths we will be consolidating our learning from the year and applying it in several investigations. We will be working systematically to find answers and explain our reasoning to our peers. |
| Wider Curriculum |
Science/DT- We will be designing our own pizza which we will hope to make the following week. The design process will include tasting different bread options for the base and evaluating existing products on the market. P.E- We will be applying the skills we have learnt in different team games. History: We will be having a class debate on the question “Is the Monarchy still needed”. Music: We are putting the finishing touches to our end of year performance |
| Other information |
A couple of notices: We will be performing our end of year show on Tuesday 15th 9.45 to Lemon & Amber Parents and Thursday 17th 9.45 to Saffron and Buttercup parents. Please can children bring a spare named bag into school this week as teachers will be sending work home towards the end of term.
