Prior to your child starting at the academy we would like to arrange a visit with you and your child at home. This will consist of a brief 10–15-minute visit at a mutually convenient time and would be carried out by the Class Teacher and Teaching Assistant who will be teaching your child.

This is an important part of the transition process for your child giving them an opportunity to meet their Class Teacher and Teaching Assistant in their home environment.

In previous years this visit has proven to be of significant value to aid the successful transition to school. Please complete the form below and return to the academy office by 10 May. Please note, that whilst we do encourage home visits, these may be subject to distance restraints. Should there be any issues regarding your visit we will contact you.

Please indicate which day you would prefer, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that this will be the day allocated, but we will try and accommodate your request.
