Creativity Week Exhibition

We opened our doors today to parents, carers and guardians so that they could visit the classrooms and see the children 'in action'.  EYFS were making and decorating a Fairtrade 'bag for life' and participating in a selection of favourite activities from the week.  Year 1 created a "STOMP" performance, wrote letters 'Dame Cynthia Doodle Bucket' as she asked children to find out all about carnivals.  Year 2 created a 'Hansel and Gretel' Art Attack, went on a buck hunt and edited digital photographs.

"Excellent work showcased.  It is obvious that the children have put in a lot of work and enjoyed what they have done."

"it was lovely to be able to see everything the children have been doing during creativity week.  To see them working together was very special today.  An excellent idea and well managed by the staff - Thank You!"

"It was super to be able to come in and see the children's amazing creations.  So much hard work has been done by children and staff.  I am sure it's been inspirational and has formed some great memories"

"Really appreciated the opportunity to come and see what the children have been doing.  The Exhibition was amazing; so much fantastic work and creative models on display.  It looked like the children had an amazing week.  Always so lovely to be able to go and see my children "at work" in their class areas too and share a little of their school day with them.  Will also be nice to be able to talk to them about all the things I saw and share their experiences."
